One place for every answer, or answers trapped in people’s heads.
When someone needs a price, a client’s details, or the latest version of a document, where do they get it?
They ask whoever usually knows, and wait if that person is busy.
They dig through emails and folders, and hope they found the latest one.
Most of it is in a shared drive or a wiki, but there are still two or three versions of some things.
Every answer has one home. It is current, and if it is not, the system says so.
