Why the pilots die.

A business buys an AI tool. It demos brilliantly. Six weeks later it is a browser tab nobody opens.

The tool was never the problem. The AI was asked to work on scattered files, contradictory versions, undocumented decisions and knowledge that only exists in somebody's head. It cannot read what was never written down. So it guesses, confidently, and one wrong answer in a meeting kills the trust permanently.

AI is leverage. Leverage needs something to push against.

I built it, I use it every day, and it catches me being wrong on a weekly basis. That is the point of it.

The honest limits.

AI will not fix a business that has not decided how it operates. It will make an undecided business faster at being undecided.

It does not remove people. It removes the work people should never have been doing.

And it is not the product. The system is the product. AI is what makes the system fast.
