Before I built systems for businesses, I built them for people.

The hardest complex system there is.

Twenty-seven years in performance and education. I did not just teach the standards. I wrote them, and I trained the people who teach them.

Daily Core 5

The one you can use today.

You do not have to take any of this on trust. You can go and use it.

Daily Core 5 is a behaviour-change operating system for executives and high performers. Five things a day. A simple surface over a governed engine that absorbs the complexity, so you never have to.

It is free. It runs in your browser. There is nothing to install.

It is the same architecture I build for a business. Declare what matters. Own it. Record it. Review it. The difference is that a business will at least try to follow a rule. A human will not, and the system has to survive that.

If it holds for a person, a company is the easier problem.

A master trainer is somebody certified to certify.

Daily Core 5 did not come out of nowhere. It came out of this.

One distinction carries the whole page, so it is worth being blunt about it.

A trainer is tested against a standard. A master trainer is trusted to define one, deliver it across markets, and hold the quality when nobody is watching.

I have done that for two decades, for global certifying bodies, across Asia-Pacific and the UK.

  • NASM Master Trainer

Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist.

  • Therabody Master Trainer

Recovery technology and its clinical integration in elite sport.

  • Trigger Point Master Trainer

Myofascial and soft-tissue systems for rehabilitation and performance.

  • SAQ International, YBell, TraTac, Jordan Fitness, Cybex

Faculty and product education across strength, conditioning and equipment systems.

  • EXOS

Currently working through the master educator programme.

MSc Exercise Physiology and Sports Biomechanics. BSc (Hons) Physical Education, Sports Science and Recreation Management. Former professional rugby player. In the industry since 1998.

The ones I wrote from nothing.

Holding a certification is a credential. Writing one is a different act entirely, and it is the one that maps directly onto what I do now.

Application of Genetic Testing

Written and delivered in China. Turning genetic data into programming, recovery and, hardest of all, into something a coach can actually say to a client.

Strength and Conditioning for Therapists

Written and delivered in the UK. Advanced education for physiotherapists, bridging rehabilitation and performance.

Olympic Weightlifting Coach Education, Levels 1 to 3

A full progressive pathway, technical skill acquisition through to diagnostics.

Each one started as a blank page. Each one ended as a standard other professionals were assessed against and taught to deliver.

That is the same act as everything on the Business Systems page. Define the standard. Test against it. Keep it current. Hold it when you are not in the room.

“A true subject matter expert and a valuable asset to any organization.”

Kevin Rushton

Managing Director, Optimum Performance Studio, Hong Kong

OPS is a fitness education hub in Hong Kong. They engaged me to build and deliver specialist education across Asia, to professionals and to the public. NASM certification workshops. Theragun and percussive therapy education.

His words, not mine: “an exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and actionable information.”

That is the whole job. Here it was a room full of practitioners. On the Business Systems page it is an operation.

Why this belongs on a systems site.

Because a business is not a machine. It is people, in rooms, under pressure, making decisions on incomplete information.

Software that ignores that gets bought and never used. Twenty-seven years of getting humans to change what they do is not a side story to the systems work. It is the reason the systems work sticks.

Same discipline. Different system.

Go and use the one built for a person. Then decide whether you want one built for your company.
